Booking information
Arrival & Departure
Our apartments are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please inform us if you arrive after 7.00 pm.
If your apartment is not yet ready on arrival, you can use our cozy lounge. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us on arrival and departure days. We assume no liability for your luggage.
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the booking price is required for a firm reservation.
Payment
We ask you to settle the bill in cash (Euro) on the day before your departure.
Bread service
Fresh bread rolls can be ordered daily from the bakery. You can let us know your order by 16.00 the evening before.
Towels
Hand and bath towels, tea towels and bed linen are already provided in the apartments.
Pets
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in Apart Daniela.
Children
We are happy to provide cribs and highchairs on request.
Local tax
The local tax is charged separately for persons over the age of 15 and amounts to € 2.60 per person per day.
Parking
A free parking lot is available directly at the house.
Smoking
We kindly ask you not to smoke in the entire Apart Daniela, with the exception of the balconies and terrace.
Reservation
To fix your reservation, we ask you to confirm it by e-mail.
Ski depot
A free ski depot is available at the valley station of the cable cars.
Cancellation
Regulation according to the Austrian hotel conditions:
- 3 months to 1 month before the start of the vacation: 40% of the booked travel price
- from 4 weeks before the start of the vacation: 70% of the booked travel price
- in the last week: 90% of the booked travel price
As something can always come up and you may not be able to start your vacation as planned, we recommend that you take out travel insurance: www.europaeische.at
In addition, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Law (AGBH) apply.
